3. Breider Moore & Co. Acquires SENSE8 product line from Unigraphics Solutions, Inc.

San Francisco, CA. July 16th, 2002 – Breider Moore & Co., a privately held private equity and corporate turnaround investment firm based in San Francisco, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the SENSE8 product line from Unigraphics Solutions, Inc.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

SENSE8 is the leading provider of real-time interactive 3D software development tools, including WorldToolKit, World Up, and World2World. These applications simplify the complex task of developing real-time, 3D interactive applications. The software suite supports the most popular 3D and CAD file formats as well as a comprehensive list of input/output devices including tracking systems, immersive displays and devices, stereo display options and 3D spatialized sound.

The SENSE8 product line supports a client base of over 6,000 companies – many from the Fortune 500 – located in Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America and Australia.
