Ascension Technologies Corporation discontinued the production of the Nest of Birds. Replacement products are the 3D Guidance trackSTAR and driveBAY.

 

The Nest of Birds simultaneously tracks the position and orientation of up to 4 sensors. Plugging directly into a USB or RS-232 interface, the Nest's installation CD lets you get up and running fast! Ascension's DC magnetic tracking technology allows the Nest to accurately track with minimal interference by conductive metals.

Up to +10 ft (3.0 m) coverage

Set-Up & Use: One or two ERTs* can be operated in tandem to provide full coverage over 10 ft x 15 ft(3 m x 4.5 m) range of operation. Available with mounting stands. *Requires customer software modifications to implement two ERTs.
