The fast track to the third dimension!
With SVI PowerTools you can prep your pixel-based stereo images and short video sequences for any 3D type of display - for 3D polarization glasses, red/cyan glasses, and many auto-stereoscopic displays. What‘s more, even ordinary 2D images can be taken from dull and flat, and transformed into life-like 3D.
Here‘s what SVI PowerTools will do
- SVI PowerTools prepares existing stereo images and video sequences for many types of stereo display.
- It generates pseudo-3D images from 2D originals.
- It also supports the classical stereo modes and/or conventional anaglyphs that are especially important for presentation in print media.
Areas of Application
Whether you‘re a photographer, graphic designer, scientist, corporate secretary, company chief, or anyone designing a presentation, SVI PowerTools has everything you‘ll need to present your 3D work at its best. It‘s fast and fun, and working with it‘s a breeze. Anyone can get professional results without previous knowledge or experience in computerized image processing - straight out of the box!
Software Features
Use SVI PowerTools for the preparation of material for display on any auto-stereoscopic device (from two up to nine or more layers). Conventional anaglyphs (viewed through red-cyan glasses) can also be created and optimized. You can process both single images and picture sequences, e.g. frames obtained from video recordings, and process your image material in any of the usual graphic formats, e.g. bmp, jpg, gif, png. Stereo mode is for enhancing stereo content quickly and easily. Pseudo-stereo mode adds enhanced depth to those “normal” 2D images at the mere touch of a button. You can define the desired offset of the camera, a pseudo point of view as well as the degree of the stereo-effect (disparity). Even novices will achieve successful results immediately.
Supported Displays and Stereo Formats:
- Spatial View; SVI 3x3 and SVI 5view
- 4D-Vision_Old 17“, 4D-Vision_Old 50“
- 4D-Vision_NT bzw. X3D 50“
- X3D 19“
