CW-500 Calibration Wand Kit

This versatile OptiTrack Calibration Wand milled from high-grade aluminium is ideal for large and medium volumes with multiple configurable marker sets to adapt to your needs.

The CW-500 Calibration Wand Kit includes:

  • Wand Handle: ¼-20 mount
  • Handle extension thread
  • Three M4 15.9 mm (5/8″) markers with compatible posts for 500 mm position
  • Three M4 12.7 mm (1/2″) markers with compatible posts for 250 mm position
  • Adjustable: vertical or horizontal wanding position
  • Storage box with foam liner
CS-400 Calibration Square

The CS-400 Calibration Square was designed for flexibility and accuracy during system calibration. Adjustable leveling feet with individual vials enable level placement, even on uneven surfaces, while expandable tabs enable precise alignment of the calibration square with force plates. The CS-400 is also lightweight and compact, including fiberglass rods and a foldable frame, for easy storage and transportation.

Micron Series

The Micron Series Calibration Wands and Squares are designed for extremely precise calibrations of small to medium sized capture volumes. Machined out of solid Invar, a material with a uniquely low coefficient of thermal expansion (CoE), the Wands remain calibrated throughout a wide temperature range. Each wand is factory calibrated and labeled. Calibration accuracy: standard deviation of 2 microns.

CWM-250 Calibration Wand

The CWM-250 Calibration Wand Kit includes:

  • Markers: 3 × 12.7 mm (1/2″)
    • Spacing – 250 mm
  • Wand Handle: ¼-20 mount
  • Handle extension thread
  • Adjustable vertical or horizontal wanding position
  • Storage box with foam liner
CWM-125 Calibration Wand

The CWM-125 Calibration Wand Kit includes:

  • Markers: 3 × 9.5 mm (3/8″)
    • Spacing: 125 mm
  • Wand Handle: ¼-20 mount
  • Handle extension thread
  • Adjustable vertical or horizontal wanding position
  • Storage box with foam liner

The CS-200 Calibration Square was designed for flexibility and accuracy during system calibration.
