The Micron Series Digitizing Probe is useful for 3D digitization of real world objects, identifying virtual points as well as anatomical landmarks in biomechanics and research applications. Machined from a single piece of aluminum with tungsten carbide tip, the Digitizing Probe has four replaceable markers and an ambidextrous design for long measurement sessions. The accompanying Micron Series Calibration Bar, made of dimensionally stable Invar, features four known-distance indentations to calibrate the Probe with the motion capture system.
