Perception Neuron 3 features an ultra-small wireless inertial sensor that weighs just 4.1 grams, making it the smallest in the Perception Neuron motion capture lineup to date, making motion more flexible and unburdened.

Mocap Anywhere

Designed to be portable, Perception Neuron 3 comes in a travel size EVA case that makes capturing data on the go a breeze. Without the need of walls, light, and occlusion, it is possible to mocap anywhere with PN3.

Finger Tracking

The Perception Neuron 3 finger sensor kit utilizes six sensors, three sensors for each hand, with specific locations on the thumb, index and middle fingers. Our IK solver tracks the movement of all five fingers as part of our most robust solution to date.

What is Perception Neuron 3

PN3 is the world’s smallest wireless motion capture system in the market. The Perception Neuron 3 is part of the Perception Neuron product line that includes Perception Neuron 32, Perception Neuron Pro and Perception Neuron Studio motion capture systems.

Can the PN3 use the PN Studio gloves?

No. Perception Neuron 3 kits must use the Perception Neuron 3 finger sensor kit.

Can PN3 and PN Studio be used in a single software?

No, although they both use Axis Studio Software, both systems cannot be used at the same time.

Can you buy an extra sensors to have a full hand set for the PN3?

No, PN3 has a total of 3 total sensors in each glove.

Is hand finger tracking supported?

Yes, Perception Neuron 3 supports finger and hand tracking. Users must purchase Full body and Finger sensors. We do offer hand/finger configurations for purchase.
